Mushoku Tensei fans celebrate the return of a waifu

The most recent episode of “Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation” finally made the series trend on social media, by showing one of the most anticipated moments by fans. While this second part continues the adaptation of the famous labrynth arc, Rudeus learns that Roxy has disappeared inside the labyrinth, after accidentally activating a teleportation trap.

With information from a book detailing past explorations of this place, Rudeus' group quickly reached the third floor and followed the clues, saving Roxy from a group of monsters surrounding her.

Once Roxy had accepted her fate, she closed her eyes and suddenly, silence fell around her. Roxy discovers that all the monsters have been defeated with powerful ice magic. When Rudeus walked towards her, she blushed.

You may have forgotten, but Roxy mentioned at the beginning of the series what her most desired romantic fantasy is. She once said: "One day, a young man, tall and thin, masculine but with a childish look, will save me." She finally found it satisfying in the most recent episode.

Within the Mushoku Tensei fan community, there are three main groups when it comes to the series' waifu. A group dedicated to Eris Boreas Greyrat - the first woman Rudeus had. Another group is dedicated to Sylphiette - his current wife. And another group is dedicated to Roxy Migurdia - Rudeus's teacher and his first love.

Regarding that new episode, fans commented:
